It's been three weeks that I go to bed at 5 in the morning and stand up at 12/2/4 pm. I can't get back in a normal rhythm. I wanted to apply for a job this week, but it's already friday tomorrow, and friday is not really a good day to apply for a job...I took a sleeping pill today, but still I can't sleep....what can I do to get back in a normal rhythm and stand up in the morning monday morning? HELP!

Try staying awake for more than 24 hours, then go to bed at your regular bedtime. That should help reset your internal clock.
