Normally, it's a harmless program that allows you to:
-View current temperature in the toolbar
-Search from any page on the web
-Block unwanted popups
-Find dictionary terms from the toolbar
-Highlight terms on any web page
However, if you didn't purposely download the program, and you're finding that when you click a link it ends up on a Twikibar search or something weird like that, you've been "hijacked" by a trojan or a virus.
In case it's a virus, see this link:
http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=56241
And I strongly suggest that you download both Spybot Search & Destroy, as well as Ad-Aware, and run them both to find spyware and trojans.

Good luck & keep us updated.

Did you mean a Twix bar. It is a luscious cookie bar with caramel and covered in creamy milk chocolate. Oh, they also make one with peanut butter that is pretty good too.

Do you mean a tiki bar? Really just a bar that looks like it's from Hawaii.
