Watch Rocky (the first one). That's all you'll need dude, that's all you'll need.
If you don't have a video player, you need to consult with your parents. Otherwise, try this:
-Resistance bands (large rubber band/balloon type things)
-Push ups!
-Pull ups!
-Sit ups!
-Find an old Honda in a parking lot, and try to shift it over one parking space with two hands (make sure you know the owner first!)
-Climb stairs
-Lose carbs and fats from your diet
-Do NOT over lift or over stretch (you are made of muscle and ligament, not steel twine)
After all that, make sure you try out for a defensive position. Don't go strength training and then end up on offense where your grandmother can knock you out for the season with a well-placed chop block or forearm to the head. Offense is for prima donnas, not people who are interested in strength conditioning.

You could run up and down stairs at the stadium to build up leg strength and wind sprints for spped, but you need some kind of machine or weights for upper body strength. Swimming may just not be enough.

its really hard to do i suggest u get a membership somewhere and use machines cause they work a 100 times faster.
