If you think a celebrity (or even someone you see out at the mall) is good looking, do you tell your husband, wife, girlfriend, or boyfriend about it? Does he/she do the same when they find someone attractive? Do you feel uneasy when they do so and vise versa, or do you think it's normal to find another person's physical appearance attractive?

My husband has always categorically denied that he finds any woman at all more attractive than me. I don't know that I believe him but it's sweet anyway. He knows there are some celebrities i find attractive but i don't make a big deal out of it, I don't rub it in his face or anything. And I haven't told the whole truth about my past crushes and attractions. He doesn't need to hear about it.

I know it's normal and there is nothing wrong with it, but I never tell my boyfriend if I find someone else attractive because I want him to know that he is the only one and that I am not looking elsewhere. He, on the other hand, has no problem telling me when he thinks another woman is attractive and it does hurt my feelings. Not because he thinks she is pretty, but because he's not very sensitive about it.

It is completely normal to look at the other menus as long as you eat at home. As far as telling your spouse, it depends on how secure they are in themselves and in your relationship. You should be able to, I mean I dont think its a subject you should just bring up out of the blue, but say you are watching a movie and an attractive actor or actress is in it you should be able to say "ooh he or shes good looking" but once again it depends on the other person. My husband is EXTREMELY insecure and whenever I say something like that it starts a big old debate on if I would rather be married to that person, so I personally choose to keep my feelings about the opposite sex to myself.

I tell my husband about my celebrity crushes because he knows that I love him and find him attractive, and that the crushes aren't anything real. He doesn't ever do the same. I'm not sure why he doesn't- I'm sure he finds other women attractive.
I don't mention "real" people (like people at the mall) that I find attractive unless they're girls.

It is very normal to find another person attractive; we're visually stimulated creatures. You grow over the uneasiness, and become secure in your relationship, when you realize how hypocritical it is to expect a person to not appreciate a beautiful person.

I personally don't have the nerve to tell my husband if I think someone is good looking, but my husband says if he thinks a celebrity is good looking or not!

it is normal... we as humans are attracted to "pretty" things. aesthetically pleasing. ESP men...they are visually stimulated.
however, i realized something w/ my boyfriend. i would never want to jeopardize my relationship w/ him for someone else that i am not guaranteed whatsoever that i would be as happy, committed, trusting, loving, and caring with.
**btw..we got in a fight last week and it shook my "faith" in him so to speak. and i told him, Don't make me think being w/ someone else would be better.
if u work hard to satisfy that person, and he works hard for you, that is enough. u have to appreciate eachother.. if something is missing, u have to weigh if leaving for someone else could be better. if it is, then the relationship is doomed. but if it is so awesome u wouldn't mess it up, then u have a keeper~
