Say it again more loudly and with more weight first. If they still don't move then shove them. =D

I would say no. Just because they are being rude, doesn't give you an excuse to be rude. But it is tempting, isn't it! Try to be the better person, and show them an example of manners, by not REacting to their rudeness. If they are trying to make you mad, and you shove them, then you are giving them what they want, they win. But if you do the opposite of what they expect you to do, then YOU win, and you are not letting their actions control you.

No, just because they're being rude by ignoring you doesn't mean you can be ruder by shoving them. It does mean you can address them more directly - repeat it firmly, maybe gently put your hand on their arm and make eye contact and say - excuse me please, do you mind moving so I can get by?
Then you can respond to their reaction. What ever way it goes be the bigger person so you can't be upset with yourself later.

I wouldn't shove past them, but I may just touch them on the back and repeat my request politely with a broad smile.
It shows you as the better person if you don't lower your standards to meet their rudeness.

There is only so much you can do with oblivions, so if they are in you way and you said excuse me, try saying it a little louder first(oblivions are deaf too), if that don't work move them out of your way.

I tend to yell the second time "EXCUSE ME".....and if they don't respond to that then I wouldn't push them but I would barge my way through. Shoot, it's the Jersey way. As a matter of fact, half the time people don't even say excuse me a second time.......lol.

No, that is not a valid reason to resort to violence. Just say it a little louder and then find another way to get around them.
