In my opinion, the soundtrack that has most moved me is the soundtrack to "The Last Samurai." It was composed by Hans Zimmer. It is a little bit melancholy, and very powerful, IMO.

What soundtrack has moved you most?

My personal favourite?

The soundtrack of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, but I am a very sentimental person. Every time I listen to Frankie singing "I am going home" (just before he is murdered with some odd laser gun) I have to get out my hankie.

A close second would be the music from Amelie and Cinema Paradiso comes in third.
