Surround yourself with greatness.

Do things you always wanted to do just to feel productive.
Get ready. Like pretty or whatever just to feel better about your appearance.
Change how you look. Like a new haircut or a new piece to your wardrobe or a new perfume or body wash. Or even piercings or a fake stud.
Read.
Write. Journals really do help.
Make a top 100 list of things you want to do before you die. And do one everyday.
Be realistic.
Don't have too high expectations of people or events.
Never stop questioning.
Be openminded.
Get to know new people.
Get addicted to something that's good for you. Like writing or reading or painting or sewing or whatever else.
Do something exciting everyday just to feel the adrenaline race through your veins. You'll feel alive.

Realize that you're not alone in the world.

Behavioral Negativities -like fear, shame, guilt, arrogance, envy, jealousy, greed, phobia and many other like that-are considered to be an expression of "Negative Emotions" I find that if you realize that the situation could be worse than it is at this moment in time. and try to not let these negative thought rule you in any way. There is always someting around you that is a positive thought maker. The sky,the clouds, the green grass (in the winter it is the beautiful new fallen snow), a little bird, or the kids playing without a care in the world. "What a wonderful beautiful world" this really is. What could make anyone think a negative thought. good luck:-}

Your negative thoughts are projected from within your mind. When you realize you are being negative, first ask yourself "Why am I doing this?" or "Why do I see it this way?", really listen for your answer, as though someone else asked the question.
Then transform that same thought into something you do not view as negative, but only as an experience in life. Then, most importantly, move on and Stay in the Present.

Go somewhere cool and peaceful where there is silence and you can enjoy the atmosphere and the serenity. Maybe like the lake, park, beach in the evening or morning, mountains, woods... Just close your eyes, take a deep breath and concentrate on happy thoughts... or some other crap like that...

Watch a funny movie, read a funny book, read jokes online or in a book, play a video game, get a massage, see a kind face, get a hug from that special someone?

Discover the source of the thought and try to neutralize it. Take a step back and think. Relax. Understand that negative thoughts may cause negative action--logically understanding this will make you shy way from this and gradually this more positively.
Another way could be realizing that we control our thought and not the other way around. Stand up woth courage and say negative thought who are you to ruin my day? ;)

Just stop thinking about it. It is so easy to think of things that are not going well, and dwell on negative issues, but train yourself to just stop it. If its something you can't do anything about then don't worry about it, but if its something you can do something about, then DO IT ! ! ! ! Good Luck ! ! ! ! !

I don't know but if you find a conclusion let me know. I've always been told "put it in God's hands".
