Good Luck!

you need to tell your mom and schedule an appoiment. If you are bleeding through a super tampon every hour or a pad every half hour for more then 2 hours, then you might have something going on. At the very least, you could be anemic (have low blood iron, which makes you tired and pale) from bleeding so much. When I started my period, I bled through a tampon and a pan every 20 minutes...I got some bloodwork done, and they discovered I have a bleeding disorder. They can give you meds if that is the case. If not, at the very least, give you some super-strength Iron Vitimans so you dont have to bleed so much.

Go to aboutheavyperiods.com and take a quiz to see if you have a medical condition called Menorrhagia. Read the sections that ask 'What Is A Normal Period?', 'Could This Be A Medical Problem?', 'Treatment Options', 'Find a Physician', and 'Women's Health Resources'. Tell your mom about this site and ask her what you should do.
Until then I think you need to just deal because I am a heavy bleeder during my time of the month. It's normal, I think you should change your pads regularly, take your shower, and deal with it like it's a normal period.

Also watch for clots that could be a sign is something wrong.

Bleeding is normal..but of course to much that mean you seriously have some problem with your body. how long does tha bleed last? well, most doctor say it is good that you bleed a lot during period because it cleans your system by getting all the dirty and nasty things inside your body. If bleeding occur without pain, than it is normal. But if you feel pain and it doesn't stop, than you should check your doctor. i recommend drink a lot of water and take some rest.

Eat better. Your diet ties into how much and how long you bleed. Try to eat less take out and greasy foods and more fresh fruits and veggies. But that is long term. If you think you are bleeding a dangerous amount, you need to call your local hospital and speak to a nurse. Always better to be safe!

You should not wear tampons and pads together. Talk to your mom and have her take you to the doctor about this matter.

i think that you should wear ultra thick pads with wings. the 2 pads at once that isn't good because, there is still an opening between the two pads.
