stay fit. doing hills can improve your stride. both up and down. up will increase the stride. and down the hills will make you faster because your muscles will grow accustomed to the quicker stride required. touch is essential. juggling the ball is an excellant way to improve touch. practice shooting and passing. for accuracy, make a mark on a wall and try to consistantely hit it. upper body strength is also of much importance. watching actual soccer matches may also help you see how they move with and without the ball.

First, have raw talent and then practice. Being an athlete of any sports takes the talent for said sport and to improve yourself to excel in that sports takes commitment/dedication, heart, and lots of practice. I hope this answer helped.
