My computer won't let me install Flash player 9 HELP.....?

How do you get it installed since everytime I go to Adobe.com and try to download it just finishes loading the page and then stops, does not download the program.

my computer will not let me download it at all. I have tried everything I could think of to download it and it hasn't let me.

Okay... go to this website: http://www.winguides.com/registry/

If you learn something about regedit and you have restrictions to download anything, you can be able to change them.

save to disk then open or run when finished, see link below
