I am not a ticket broker or anything like that, but I'm spending alot for several tickets and want to sell one pair since I will be out of town. How much do you think they should go for compared to the original price?

If they do make the playoffs, check out stubhub.com and compare your tickets with what they're selling for...if they're good seats, playoff tickets can go up to 400% of face value

How much SHOULD you charge? You SHOULD charge face plus service charges.

How much CAN you get for them? Well, the Mets haven't been to the World Series in 5 years, and have not won it in 20 years. It's a chance for Mets fans to feel like their team is almost as good as the Yankees.

For the first round you can get 2X-4X face
NLCS 4X-5X face...
and the World Series would be 5X to 10X face (IF they play the Red Sox, or the Yankees.)

BUT... to answer your actual question, you SHOULD ask for what it cost you.

If they're good seats, you can expect to get at least three or four times the face value of the tickets, slightly less if the seats aren't as good...

how do you even know theyre gonna be in the play-offs...they might lose every game for the rest of the season and the braves might win the rest of the season and then the mets dont go to the playoffs so its probbaly a fake anyway but if you do sell it sell it for hmm i dunno 1/2 the price

maybe you should sell them for like $5 cheaper than what you paid for them, cause someone will buy them if they really want to go
