The second cervival vertebrae has a long jutting part of the bone which can be felt under your skull. It is a normal phenomenon. Hence there is no need of worrying and do not touch it regularly and do not keep probing it regularly, otherwise it may start hurting.

This could be the "Anatolian bump" which is a genetic feature of people descended from ancestors who lived in the Anatolian region of Turkey. See link below for more info.

That is normal. The skull has many knobbly bits. Have you injured yourself recently? If so, it may need checking out, via your GP and X-ray.

get to the doctor in fact get straight to A&E casualty, anything to do with your head i want to know what the problem is - don't turn off the warning light by taking painkillers etc...
