What's up with these oxygenated cleaning products?

Question

Do they really work and how do they clean stuff? I sometimes use them in my laundry. I want to be sure Billy Mays knows what he's talking about (which I highly doubt).

they work, I forget to use them in my laundry but when use them there good. and at least its not like the stuff they used in the 1900's for washing clothes.BRUTAL.
