Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eating_disorder to read more about eating disorder. Since you're only 15, I would doubt you have any. Check out the website above and see if your symptoms are the same as the ones for eating disorder. Your friends are not doctors, and most of the time, they probably don't know what they're talking about.

I used to have several people that thought I had an eating disorder and I promise you I never did but like you I wondered and did research into it. Questions Do you think your fat but your friends think your too skinny? Do you ever throw-up after you eat because you a. made yourself throw-up or b. ate too much and then threw-up. Do you go with out meals when you are hungry because your too worried about the weight that little plate of food will add to your body? If you answered yes to any of these questions you have an eating disorder and need to get help immediately. Don't be shy about talking to your doctor about this one because it can be very serious and DEADLY!! Not eating enough starves your body of needed nutrients and takes the needed tissue and muscle to protect our insides. Throwing your food up can cause permanent damage to our teeth and insides. Throw-up is body acid coming up the way it is not meant to and cause serious damage. It can eat through your throat eventually and causes some very serious and DEADLY Medical problems. Basically having an eating disorder will shorten your life span drastically if not taken care of immediately.

Well, the fact that you have taken this first step is a good sign. If you are considering that you may have a body dysmorphic disorder, where you think you are fat, yet intellectually you know better, and people have concerns about your weight loss, you probably are exhibiting the early signs of anorexia/bulemia.
It is good that you are seeking help early in your disease. Go to your school counsellor and ask him/her for a referral to a psychotherapist who specializes in such things. If you want to be more anonymous than that you could look it up in the phone book or call a doctors referral number. You really need one on one, face to face counselling, and I don't think online will work.
Since you are willing to consider the fact that you may have this problem and you are willing to reach out, you are probably a VERY good candidate for early intervention. Just don't let it get too far, as this type of disease can be fatal.

You need to see your gp asap as no online Dr is going to help i'm afraid. I understand you are shy but your gp is the only person who can refer you for the help you need and no online gps are free. You cannot cure an eating disorder through ims or emails you need the correct assessments and meds that only your gp can provide. Maybe ask one of your friends to go with you to see gp they can always sit in waiting room if you want to be alone when seeing doctor it will also help to know that someone is there supporting you through it.

I am not a doctor but I have been in medical field over 30 years. I also have a teen-ager.
Give me a try maybe I can at least get you to thinking. Also I have a policy with my son. YOU CAN TELL ME ANYTHING. That is the policy . Practice on me and maybe you will be able to tell your parents so they can help. Society says they wont but being a parent I say they will.

Sounds like an eating disorder. Tell your parents you need to see a real doctor and then tell him what you said here.
Hell, print this question out and give it to your parents. Or go to the school nurse. You need help learning healthy eating and exercise habits.

Hi
I'm affraid that you're very unlikly to find a doctor (including myself) in the UK who will engage in an on-line consultation with you. It would be regarded as extreemly bad practice on behalf of the doctor.
Please, please, please go and see a GP, it can be any of the doctors at the practice where you are registered.
In general we are very nice, friendly, confidential, non-judgmental peple to talk to and are doing our job to help people ike yorself.
Good luck
