how can you pay taxes on a dead man's social security card ! geez, you really didn't buy that one did you? i work with and have personal knowledge of illegals...they do not pay taxes, they pay fees to their 'brokers' which in turn go into the brokers pockets not to the irs....no wonder you people think its ok for them to be here !

No, you cannot opt out of paying taxes. And if you do, the IRS will eventually catch up with you.
For your information, most illegals actually do pay taxes, they just pay them under someone else's SSN# or a fake one. It's a minority of illegals who work for straight cash under the table. You would be suprised at how many illegals have fake SSNs or use someone else's SSN in order to work. You think that Tyson's chicken is paying all their workers under the table?

If the "illegals" are caught, they get shipped back to whatever country they came from. I guess you could skip the country before being arrested for not paying your taxes.
