Work out more and try to build your muscle in your throwing arm. Also practice a lot and find a throwing angle you feel comforable with.

im a lil guy only 5'7 and bout 140 and when i throw a football everybody is surprised about how far i throw, i learned 2 throw far by juss praticing, i remember having a stuffed flintstone ball when i was about 7 and i been throwing a football since and im 17 now so the answer is juss pratice.

I would suggest you repeatedly try to throw a football as far as you can. Do this every day, or at least twice a week. After a few weeks, you will be getting better.

Work your triceps and find a good coach to work on your technique including grip, leg position, upper torso action.
