If you're looking for mellow, quite, and interesting good music, I have a few suggestions you might like:

Kenny Burrell-Midnight Blue. Kenny plays jazz guitar with a small band, including a quite conga drum.

Gerry Mulligan-night Lights. Mellow and interesting jazz quintet.

Sanjay Mishra-Blue Incantation. Sanjay plays acoustic guitars
and the music is Indian flavored. Jerry Garcia sits in on two songs.

Billie Holiday-The Quintessential Billie Holiday. This is Billie's music from the 30's. It's totally great today too.

Bill Evans and Jim Hall-Undercurrent. Piano and guitar duet album. Perfect for dinner time or late night.

Charlie Parker-With Strings:the master Takes. The strings add an ambiance and richness to the fluid playing of Bird.

T. Bone Walker-The Complete Imperial Recordings (1950-1954). T. Bone blended jazz and blues to make a smooth but electrifying sound.

I hope this helps. I know if I heard this stuff in a lounge, the bartender would know my drink real fast.
