can someone help with a pop up window that is a problem,?

Question

each time I restart my computer I get this window that pops up and trys to install a fax,,,, I close it and it still trys to install, sometimes I have to cancel it out 4 times before it goes away,, where In my computer do I go to uninstall this nuciense? it is not in the add/remove area, I have an HP 1300 printer but this problem just started, a week ago,, I have an arsenal of tools to clean adware/spyware, Please help with this,

TRY UNINSTALLING YOUR PRINTER THEN REINSTALL WITH THEOPTIONS THAT YOU SELECT YOU WANT ON IT WHEN IT REINSTALLS
