We all need money to live but if you live within your means most people can fortunately make it.I have no use for power. I don't want to tower over people and always be telling them what to do. Besides that, a lot of people let power go to their heads and turn out too big for their own britches. So I guess that leaves respect. I'd rather be respected any day than have the rest. At least that way I'd know I'm doing my job right and I must be half decent to my co-workers around me.

RESPECT! That's very important to me in a job, and in life in general. What good is money or power if no one respects you, really?

Respect. I don't get much money for my job, and I sure don't have any power.

If I didn't need money, I wouldn't work. Respect and power at a job are irrelevent.

money ...you can always reject a job if they don't show respect...and power is for those who lead and thrive on headaches.
