It depends. Do you believe in them? If not, there is no point using it. About it attracting bad spirits, that it does. It might attract something that is not supposed to have left this earth, or left too sudden. Honestly don't mess with it. If you want to communicate with the dead or someone you have lost, try talking to a phsykic (sorry don't know how it is spelled). Otherwise just talk to them in your mind they might hear you and come to you in your dreams. It works for me. My father died a year ago, just like my grandmother. They come to me in my sleep and we talk. They are alays near you, waring you, even though you don't see them.
Don't use the board if you don't know how, you might hurt yourself or worse, your whole family.

Most boards aren't even capable of anything!! They are considered tools of the devil and that being the case if you have one that works and its not a friend doing the moving then the answers are coming from your subconscious or they are coming from the devil!! This means that it is either the way you want it/believe it or that he is trying to fool you!!!
