That means that the person hid their ID from you. Lots of companies do that. When I get a call from a phone at my university, my phone shows the first 3 numbers then 4 zeros. It's nothing to worry about--if it was important they would have left a message or will call back. It's the same thing as when you hide your ID from other people, only instead of showing "Private" on their phone, it just shows up as all zeros.

I don't know exaxtly why it shows up, but I do know that recieved that exact caller ID from Wells Fargo Human resourcesdepartment.
I remember because I was doing an over the phone interview. My battery died. I tried to call them back, but I couldn't it was all zeroes.

this is a spoofed caller ID. It is most often used by telephone solicitors. I have gotten many such calls.
