Some of my friends that have it say it is, and some say it's not...

Its a lot faster but it all depends on how fast your computer is and sometimes it can be slow dsl go's by your ethernet card sometime 10 or sometimes 100, 100 being the fasted.

It is-but it also depends on the computer that you have. If you have an up to date, newer computer, then yes, it is. If you have an older model, it is not as fast, but that isn't because of DSL, that's because of the computer.

Fast all depends on what you are used to. Basic Yahoo DSL is up to 1.5Mbps. So if you are used to a cable modem that provides 6Mbps it is slow. If you are used to dial-up then it is fast.
Also there are 2 faster grades of Yahoo DSL, one up to 3Mbps and another up to 6Mbps. Its all relative.

Well of course is not the fastest, it is I think 3MB and there are other Internet providers of 30MB which cost much more.
I have it and its very nice, the best I can get where I live :)

Yes... that is what I use...and it is great. Keep in mind however it depends on the speed of your modem as well
