It is called a Ford with both doors open. There is corrective surgery for that. It seems you have some self esteem issues. By now your personality should be so effervescent that no one would notice any flaws, & people should accept you for the character you are, if they don't it is their problem. If you are not satisfied with what you already have, you may never be satisfied. Look at Linda Grey from Dirty dancing, she got her nose fixed, and it detracted from her known for naturally defined looks. She looked better before. We do have choices in life. Write down your good qualities, and improve on them.

If your ears stick out alot try to grow your hair out to cover them.

That could be true.
Maybe you should stop thinking that people don't like you because of your appearance. Maybe it's your personality.
You can't blame your ears for people finding you obnoxious.
