Everyone in the mall who saw me all started laughing and pointing at me. and called me spaz and dork. It really hurt, tho, I have scrapes and cuts all over by back and legs. Was that unneccesarily mean off them to laugh at me

People are conditioned to laugh at someone else's misfortune. Look at TV and the cartoons children watch. Someone is always getting thier face smashed and children laugh at it. It is not funny.

Yeah, you could have broken your neck or spine and died! Very rude.
Plus, I would have laughed after you left and after I knew you were OK.. Sorry, but I guess the image would be funny after the fact.
My old best friend from high school fell down the stairs at school. I didn't laugh until I knew she was OK. She laughed too though.

That has become such a slap stick comedy thing, thy probably thought you did it on purpose to get a laugh, those all the names thy called you. if you had been knocked out cold or you had died, I'm shore some one would have called for help.

It is sometimes mean depending on your point of veiw. If you saw somebody fall like that you would laugh. (most ppl would) And if you fell you would think it was mean that people laughed. Bu tI would laugh and ask if you were ok.

darn..sounds like something I'd do..I've had many close calls...I tripped also..but I caught myself...I trip everywhere..I am a spaz...and a clutz..and etc...yeah it hurts..but people are inconsiderate.....
I would have laughed and been glad that it just wasn't me...but then I'd put myself in your posititon and ask if you're alright.

Yeah, it was. I would have asked you if you were okay and then laughed later. I am sorry, but it is just funny when someone falls. I don't know why.

at least one of them should of asked if you needed some help....i would of if wsa there ..but i couldn't of kept from laughing
