Yeah I saw it on the news also.
For those of you who don't know, "sagging" is wearing your pants or shorts so they are nearly falling off your butt & revealing at least the top of your underware.
Some say that the trend was actualy started in prison - I do not know if that is true or not. It does seem to be popular with young black males & also many hispanic & white males.
It looks pretty stupid & ghetto & the people who do it can barely walk much less run without having to hold on to their pants or lose them.
While I believe it is ugly & ghetto & stupid & immature, I do not believe there should be a law against it. I do believe businesses should not allow either their employees or customers to dress like that. It is already forbidden by most school districts.

Instead of outlawing sagging, why can't they make a law against overweight women wearing low cut tight pants and belly shirts two sizes too small - a.k.a. muffin tops? That's more offensive to the eyes than gangsta-wannabes sagging their pants.
I actually think that no clothing style should be banned - it's stupid and a waste of the taxpayer's money. But if they're gonna do it, please do something about the muffin tops.

There go the underware sales! I think that is crazy! I mean we all know that Dallas is known for its sales in underware. They supply the world with boxers and briefs. It will be New Orleans all over again!
