how can i get my useless ex to pay towrds his 2 kids upringing without causing an argument? He thinks he,s doing me a favour giving me a tenner towards something once every 6mths, im on income support and so have been told i cant clain child support because apparently my income support covers the cost of lookin after 2 kids 7 days a week, (not). Plus he now has 2 more kids which seem to get everything from him, i feel like i shouldnt have to ask for things from him for the kids, as a dad he should want to look after them dont you think? Any thoughts please?

i think you should look deeper into your states child support laws i don't think you can be denied child support,you call your states family and children's services and tell them your story,you should not have to ask him for anything those are his children too and he has an obligation to take care of them, it should be mandatory that fathers whom don't take care of there children should get a little "snip" to prevent them from fathering more children they wont care for!

Keep the kids from your ex until he pays up. I know it seems unfair to the children, but what he's doing is more unfair, in my eyes.

Did you ever hear about child support state services. Each state has this. Call them and his *** is grass

hire an attorney---if u can prove the kids are his--he has to pay up--that is the law
