Why do my ears, and nose open up when I play clarinet for a long time?

Okay, I know this is a strange question but when I play my clarinet for a long time air just doesn't come out of my mouth it starts to come out of my nose. Yes, at the same time. And the ear thing I get a lot of pressure on my ears. Now, I know it's because it's all connected together but what's really going on and how should I prevent it?
