I am 4 months pregnant and constantly feeling the urge to urinate. I mean I go once an hour sometimes, I also don't go that much when I do go, and I was wandering if this is normal.
I have already gone to the doctor and he gave me the normal pee test and it came back normal.

Its normal to urinate a lot. I am close to you in pregnancy and urinate a lot, my major times are at night, how wonderful it is to wake up 4-5 times in the middle of the night to go urinate...but I know it will get worse and I will deal with it of course...and another thing I get is, I dont have to pee sometimes till the last minute and when I have to go I HAVE to go and sometimes almost go in my pants, thats so sweet too...lol..especially when you are in public or traveling in a car and have to find a restroom to stop at...lol...enjoy these moments and have a good pregnancy!!

Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, everything you are saying is completely normal. Just sit back and relax and enjoy being pregnant. I would feel the urge to pee, and it would only be a drop! That really sucked at 3am! Headaches....had them everyday for the first 3 months and was prone to them during the whole pregnancy. It is the changing hormones that are doing that to you. As far as seeing veins...I'm light complexioned and I see them all the time. You have more blood pumping through you right now, so it is probably just that. I didn't leak colostrum until the end, but I have a friend that had to wear pads through the whole pregnancy because she leaked colostrum. Everything you are talking about sounds normal. Good luck!

The fetus may be low and starting to weigh down on your bladder. Your main concern is being sure you get plenty of fluids and eat healthy and take your prescribed vitamins.

I'm in my fourth month and urinating more than I did in the first three. I never did go through the urinating more frequently like they say. My more frequency now is about 2x more a day and 2x at night.

It's completely normal.

I had to pee a LOT in my first trimester, not so much in my second, and was on the toilet at least twice an hour in my third trimester.

What made it worse, was i was RELIGIOUS about drinking 60-64 ounces of water a day (it was the only thing that prevented my headaches!), and i was up at least 4x a night, too!

HAHA The first night after my baby was born, i didn't wake up at all to go to the bathroom and was SO HAPPY! (of course, i was happy i had my precious bundle, too LOL)

I would say its perfectly normal. I had to urinate constantly for about the first 4 months. I didn't have to go near as often throughout the rest of my pregnancy.

What you're experiencing is the change within for the baby. Your bladder may be being pushed on by baby and this will cause the bladder to feel fuller. Picture a balloon filled with air and pushing on it and you'll see what I mean.
Congrats on the pregnancy and don't worry about the peeing all the time.....You'll be just fine.

Its very normal. Your baby is big enough that the pressure of him sitting on your bladder make you think that you have to pee. Unfortunately it'll get worse.

Yes, its normal. If felt like I was always in the bathroom toward the end of the pregnancy. I didn't mind though. I knew this was just part of having my beautiful little baby.

Sounds like the baby is sitting on your bladder making you have frequent urination or maybe it could be a onset of a urinary tract or bladder infection..But my guess is the baby is positioned on your bladder.Pediatric nurse for 13 years
