Perhaps we could explode the bomb at about 5,000 ft. so that it would not harm anyone but the EMP would disable all their electronics.
It seems within the realm of possibility to me that the special forces of some nation might fly an unmanned aircraft with a bomb over the nuclear research facilities in Iran and explode the bomb at about 5,000 ft. so that the EMP would knock out all the electronics of the nuclear facility as well all the civilian electrical matrix.

Not a big Iranian government fan here but I believe such an act would hurt more innocents than the crazies within their government.
Don't particularly like the idea of their nut job president with his finger on the red button. Maybe moderates will someday some way come to power within the Iranian government... hopefully before it is too late fro all of us!
