You should let her know in a nice way that you're flattered and all, but she should talk to guys who are more around her age. Also if she "screws" anyone at all right now, she'll regret it later in life because she's way too young. She should find a hobby instead of a guy really.

First off, if you know the girl's parents, talk to them and make them aware of the situation. Perhaps then they get some help for her. However, if you don't know the parents, you need to sit down and have a very serious conversation with her. I would suggest doing this in a public place so she can't later make false allegations against you. Remember, although she's only 13 in your mind, to her she thinks she's old enough. Point out the harsh realities of what she's asking for but be gentle about it (I know, sounds hard) Whatever you do, do not allow yourself to be alone in a private place. This way you always have witnesses to back you up if she tries to say you did something that you didn't.

If you are smart, and I mean, only if you are smart you will talk to someone in authority immediately.
You are in a situation that could change your life forever.
What I mean by authority is someone in childrens services.
Perhaps you should ask to speak to the department of human services children services.
If this girl decides right now to say that you touched her or even suggested touching her, the stigma will be on you forever, even after they find out you are innocent.
One reason to go to childrens services is so she can get some help. If you approach her family at this point, they might be dirtbags and try to say that you are trying to molest their daughter.
If you go to childrens services right away you may be able to save your reputation, if it is not too late already.
If a kid suggested such a thing to me I would do just what I just suggested. I am the father of two young daughters, I would rather see them get proffesional help than end up pregnant and on welfare for the rest of their lives.

Tell her/his jailbait a** to leave you alone and move on. Also call her folks and tell them what she has been doing too. So if she/he is the sneaky type to lie and said you touched her/him, then at least the parents know a head of time that you told them what she/he was doing.

U let her down easy...u tell her u are not interested,u try talking to her...if it doesn't work....u threaten her that u will call her parents!
Or least but not last....why not try talking to her...maybe in the end u turn out loving her...kidding=0)

your 17 now next year you can go to jail for doing anything with her so think about it but i wouldnt do it

Even though it IS legal, her parents would probably kill you, and she would probably regret that for the rest of her life. So don't do it.
