I've had more than my fair share of miscarriages and I've only had one D&C and that was only coz it was a missed miscarriage (my body didnt evacuated the retained products). I wouldnt worry if you bled during the miscarriage then you should be ok.
If your really worried, see a doctor!

i had a misscarrige 4 years ago i was 6 weeks pregnant just before i turned 8 weeks i began to spot then it stopped then a few days later i had realy bad cramping i also had blood clots and heavy bleed after i passed a huge blood clot the cramping tapered off and i bleed for a day and a half then spotted on and off for a week your cramping is it everyday? or just once a month? if your crampimg everyday i would go see your doctor as soon as possible if your cramping once a month it could be your period coming or ovulation you could also have fibroids cysts endometrosis i hope everything goes well good luck

You should see a doctor regardless of whether you really had a miscarriage or not. Changes in your cycle, including worsening cramps, could be a sign of more severe health problems. In any case you should be having a girlie physical once a year if you're not monogamous, and once every two years if you are in the same relationship. So, in closing, get thee to a doctor girl.

I would go to the doctor. I used to work at an emergency room as an admitting clerk and I remember a lady coming in with case similar to you, had miscarriage but didnt know for sure ( she was a BIG lady, so wasnt sure if she was really pregnant at the time). years later started having cramping.. when she came in they found out that she had had a miscarriage and the baby was still inside her, had to have surgery to get the skeleton out... I would go get checked

First let me say I hope you get to feeling better. (prayers)
Next, your pain may be a sign of needing to visit your doctor/obgyn. I am not one to list what all could be causing the pain to not scare or put undo worry on your mind because this will not help.
However, I can say that if it's something I'm thinking of, it can be taken care of by a Dr and everything will be fine.
Please visit a Dr soon, meanwhile until the visit use a heating pad on low wrapped in a towel and relax. Pray and God will take the pain away.
God Bless and keep me posted on your outcome if you want.
Prayerfully.....

If it was a couple of years ago, then I'd say know. How far along were you? You may need to see a doctor and have a D&C done to clean out your uterus and any scar tissue. Sorry to hear of your loss
