I'm thinking about going to either Spain or Cancun which place would be more exciting?

Spain!!! I moved out here 7 years ago and it was the bets thing i ever done. The people are so friendly out here, if you want night life go to one of the big citys on the costa like Malaga or Belamadena and if you want culture tru one of the smaller inland towns like Ronda. There is so much to see and do out here you get the best of everything. Just remember its your vacation so do what you want and try something new. just say out of spain for the month of August though as most businesses close down for the month as its to hot to work!

Of course Cancun would be a little more "exciting" because of the young tourist hanging around having wild parties but Spain would be your best bet seeing as you don't hear many stories about young adults getting raped or harassed like you do with Cancun. Also Spain is a beautiful country with alot of history.

Personally I would rather go to Spain than Cancun. Since I live in the US, there are more chances to go to Cancun. I also love history, and there is so much more history and culture to indulge myself in. Plus, Portugal and France is just a hop, skip, and a jump away if you wanted to check that out too. For me, Cancun just seems to be a place that is a non-stop party, which is fine, but I also want to learn something too. Hope this helps.

It depend on what you are into. If your into partying then go to Cancun, if your into the slow life, museums and crap like that then go to Spain.

I'd go to Spain - much more history and art to see. If you're into that sort of thing. Also, don't need to worry about hurricanes in Spain.
