if my wife divorces me do i still get half of everything or does that only work if i divorce her.
by the way she actually has kept everything

50 50 whoever and for what ever reason......get a good lawyer and have it sorted you have been taken for a ......soft touch.

If you live in a state with community property laws, then hafd is your and half is hers, at least with things acquired during the marriage. You need an attorney for the finer points.

What you had before the marriage is yours. What you acquired while married is 50/50. Get a lawyer if things can't be worked out amicably.

I would think that either way. If you guys are legally married everything that you both now have will have or can be evenly divided when you guys process the divorce.

its 50/50 all the way even if one partner contributed more than the other still works out the same seek legal advice or go to citizens advice

some states its 50/50...others not so much...either person can file for divorce...let your lawyer handle all the details...just let him know what you want exactly...
