I graduated this past December and have about 4 months of supplying under my belt. I have little experience to base my answers on - I'm affraid the interviewer will see right through my bulls---t answers.

Question #13: "Okay, ma'am, could you please explain how you teach the spelling of the word 'cat'? Do you sound out the 'c' part and then go to the 'at'? Or, do you just say it all at once and ask the children to repeat ..."
