I think the outlet got a shipment of big pony regular fit for women a couple of months back (May-ish?), it was navy with white or red big pony and a number on the sleeve. I'm pretty sure it was regular fit cause I wanted a cheap big pony polo ($39.99) and they didn't have anything in for guys so I tried it on and it fit me and I think skinny fit would have been too tight in the chest.

Yes! The skinny polo, however, isn't "skinny". It's still wide.
