Could be a pinched nerve, I believe the sciatic nerve runs down and can be easily aggravated....try calling a chiropractor maybe. good luck.....why do there have to be freaks in the world, come on now, you need the points that bad?

i think you lack of vitamin B. talk to your doctor. i know from experience that when i have hot sensation especially during the nite, that's what cause it.
