Just like here at work, you are behind a firewall that makes it soooo slow for video to process purposedly to prevent employees from watching videos during the day.... if you are not behind a firewall, your connection is just really slow. Try shutting down msn messanger or online live events of the such.

Check your software settings in particular your security software could be the trouble (security software is often the culprit in problems like the one you describe). Also if you are not the system administrator you may not have the correct permission level to access on-line content in the user accounts on the computer you are using and lastly it could be that your computer just refuses to play the video or doesn't meet the minimum specs for compatibility at the hardware level.
