Okay this seriously works and it is totally easy. Take a paper sack and cut it to cover the wax. Then take a clothing iron that is heated and set it on top of the paper. Move it around as if you were ironing. Wallah! Just have enough paper or paper bags on hand to get it all up.

I have used this method many many many times.

Take a piece of wax paper and place it over the area, take an iron mmake sure it isn't too hot that it is going to melt the wax paper. You could also place a towel over the wax paper and iron it, more then likely the crayon will adhere to the wax paper. I have to get crayon out of my car and I have been told this trick works quite well. Best of luck and if this does the trick let me know how it works..

get a napkin put over the wax place a medium hot iron over napkin (do not let the iron just sit there move it around) it should draw it up off of the carpet onto the napkin.
