I work full time in a very fast pace, stress filled store... So i rely alot on caffiene to help me stay up and energetic, but for my health i really want to quit drinking so much caffienated pop. If i dont have any caffiene within the first couple hours of the morning my head hurts, and i feel so weak and tired, I cant stand diet pop, and i dont care for coffee. Does anyone know any alternatives to get some caffiene in my system without drinking a 6pack of pop a day?!? please help

Green tea is very healthful (it is an antioxidant)and it does contain caffeine. You can drink it hot or iced, it also comes in a variety of flavors. I find that I have to add a little bit of sugar to it, or you can also add lemon or ginger.

Try Midol, it has caffeine and will zap your I want coke headache really quick. I would first figure out exactly how much soda you normally drink and count the amount of caffeine you have built up tolerance to. Then just over a period of two weeks take a little less every day. You can use hershey choclate bars and break off squares to self medicate till you are no longer craving the pop. Good luck to you.

A good healthy alternative is to eat an apple. Honestly! You will get a bigger energy boost from an average-sized apple than from a cup of coffee.
