What is web server address?

Like i have a blog and html editor . i want to upload my files . this requires login name and passoword . and a web server address . i wanna know what it is can anyone help its very important please

For example if you want to upload to 150m then web server address is

ftp.150m.com

if you want to upload to freeservers then web server address is
ftp.freeservers.com

Login name may be the address of your site
Example:
pekiyi.150m.com
pekiyi.8k.com

Password is your password to allow you to upload files.
