The bulk colony lasted less than a year. An accident destroyed most of their food immediately. Relations with the natives were poor and several skirmishes erupted. Some of the colony was rescued by Francis Drake. More settlers arrived on resupply ship, and their fates are unknown.

Well, there was a note left with the name of a nearby island on it. And some of the Native Americans in surrounding areas started turning up with blue eyes all of a sudden. I think they traveled to the neighboring island, and either got blown of course getting there and ended up on the mainland, where they were promptly ambushed and any likely little ones or women were taken into the tribe and interbred, or they got to the island, but some Native Americans knew they were there, in a small group, and decided to rid of the interlopers, and see above. They somehow got bred into those Indians, whether they were taken off the neighboring island or somehow ended up on the mainland by mistake.
