I am trying to locate a few organizations that rate economists on their accuracy with respect to the predictions they make about the economy.

Honestly, I don't know of any organization that would rate economists. Like normal people, sometimes they are right and sometimes they are wrong. There are too many variables to consider. Fluctuating interest rates, consumer spending, rising oil prices, and several other factors contribute to the economic direction.

I think you'll find economists similar to philosophers, it is hard to necessarily rate them, primarily because they discuss, to some degree, very abstract theories.

Although, if you were to attempt to rate one, I think the best way would be based around periodicals they have written and whether what they have written about is credable and has come to pass (if it is in reference to the future).

Otherwise, talk to Greenspan, or Bernanke
