Why would you need that for? Try changing your diet and take lots of fluids, water, water and water. Try getting used to eating lots of fresh salad. If your bowels are not moving, maybe you have to get the insides of your bowel checked up for any blockage by tumor/growth by colonoscopy and also get a stool test done for occult blood. Simultaneously also get your thyroid hormone levels checked up for any deficiency as hypothyroidism may cause constipation for which you may be forced to use enema daily.

Its not healthy, no. There are al kinds of bacteria in your rectum and its best to not fool around with it. Besides, since it feels good you might start to like it TOO much and life is hard enough without trying to find a partner who loves to give enemas. Seriously. I know a man who enjoys sangria enemas. A lot. Normally I would say he has a drinking problem..butt...anyway he is 48 and still not married because he cant find a woman who is willing to gush all over (and in) him. Besides he walks a little fruity.
Strive to be as normal as you can be. And try to keep your new hobby to yourself. These things have a way of leaking out. And for God's sake wash your hands
PS. do you live in Flushing?
