The person could be having some technical difficulties....It might be painful for the man ....maybe some medical situation unknown to him that is causing this malfunction. We women ,as we get older or even from some traumatic sexual experience can go through some similar situations....that may either call for us to seek out a gynecologist or psychiatrist.

Men may not release because they have weak sperm or nothing.
But remember just because they don't release doesn't mean you can get pregnant. Even without releasing they have sperm that is coming out and can get the women pregnant.
