NO, but I could imagine a British Teddy Bear and An American Teddy Bear married to each other. But have you heard the latest? There was a time when the British were friendly and polite and the Americans weren't. Now, it's the other way around- possibly due in part, to the terrorist act that occured in London. maybe.

But you see, in the UK a "stuffed animal" is what we call some dead creature that's paid a visit to the taxidermist! Whereas a teddy bear is a cuddly toy. So ... I think a stuffed elephant and a teddy bear would be a bit of a mismatch anyway, regardless of nationality! You see, we're not so ridiculous!

Why on earth would you ask a question that revolves around some form of generalization or stereotype? For the record, I, as a Canadian with British relatives, do not particularly think that British people are "very ridiculous".
Some are: such as Margaret Thatcher (but then so is George Bush) or John Cleese or Rowan Atkinson but not all by any means...
