They have that lasik eye surgery that makes it so you never need glasses or contacts again can they also change your eye color permanetly?

No. Lasik changes the shape of the lens. That's all.

I wouldn't think that they could do that since your eye color is pigmentation inside your eye. But ask a doctor

Could be but why would you want to? You can be black with injections but it would do things to your liver and general anatomy. Be happy with who you are. Not your cosmetic self. Look at poor ol' Michael Jackson. Looks like a charicature of his former self. You haven't exhausted the possibilities of who you will be to begin with.
