I am sure my house is haunted, it is an old victorian house with all the original features. A bell rings a different times of the day & it is not the neighbours. There is a loud bang every day, the loft hatch opens on its own now & again. The water runs on its own at times.
When i was staying with friends 3years ago i was watching tv, i did not think about what i was doing at the time but i moved over to let someone sit next to me then told "them" about the program we were watching at the time.
I was asked at the time not to mention that night again as it would scare people off. The friend of mine was convinced the house was haunted when she moved in with her boyfriend but even though he thought it himself he did not want to tell her. So i have never told her about that night.
Having said that i blame my Mother, when i was 5 she thought it would be a good idea to get her friends round & play "spirit of the glass" so i joined in, i thought it was great fun at the time but i was scared when the glass shattered & turned into a neat pile of dust.
I have never seen a ghost though or played that crazy game since. I can still remember my Dad's face when he found out, & getting draged to church (catholic) on Sunday.
I guess we will never know...!!

Yes and no, yes I have seen one, in fact I have seen 3, but I reason that there must be a logical explanation, so I still don't really believe in ghosts. I prefer to think it was a trick of the light,I was tired, no there aren't any ghosts!!!!!!

Yes i do believe in ghost.My grandmother came to me when i was about 25 years old.I had gone to bed one night with a really trying problem.About 2:00am i saw this really beautiful face appear and i noticed it was my grand mother.She told me every thing was going to be alright.She said this about three times and then she was gone.Well the next day when i woke up the problem was also gone.Now the best part of this story is i never met my grand mother because she had died before i was born.

I believe in the possibility of ghosts. Although I have never encountered a ghost, I've read about them, and I would love to encounter one myself.

Jinn/ghosts are also a part of Allah’s creation, separate from mankind and angels, sharing with man certain qualities such as: intelligence, discrimination, freedom and the power to choose between good and bad, true and false, right and wrong. They are distinct in certain essentials the most important of which is their origin since the basic substance of jinn’s is not the same as the basic substance of man.

There are empirical proofs of the existence of the Jinn in the Qur’aan and Ahadith.
As Allah has stated in the Quraan: -

“ I have only created jinn and man that they may serve me.” (C 51: V 56)

“And the jinn He created from, a smokeless flame of fire.” (C 55: V 15)

yes, there was a time i was at my grandpas house (my grandma passed away) well all the sudden the TV shut off and a cup flew off the table, there wasnt a power outage, the lights were still on, and there wasnt any wind or movement in the house, it was just me and my grandpa watching TV. out of the blue my grandpa goes "Hi Ma" thats what he called my grandma. also, there is a haunted house in the city i grew up in. it is seriously haunted, i mean the windows are boarded up because the glass kept braking and the house is blocked off. well they recently started letting people in the house, a friend of mine went and took a picture in one of the bedrooms, when she developed the pictures there is a faint image of a person sitting on the bed, it is sooooooooooo creepy. sends a chill down my spine.

i dont want to believe they are real, but i do believe in them because three uncles and my dad have all claimed to have seen or heard a ghost...
