MySpace but I recommend 360 because it's easy and simple to use.

This depends on your personal view and how you will be using it. If you have a lot of friends on myspace that would be good to go and vice versa.
Myspace at it's peak hours is dog slow at times. I would assume Yahoo would handle it a lot better since they have free mail and all, I assume their servers are more capable of handling larger traffic.
