Yes, I noticed this too. I also noticed years ago, the night of the first rigged election, that he looked scared to death. To me he really looked like he was hoping things would not focus on him. And that is how he looks today. Clearly he has never been up to the job, nor has he been particularly interested in the job.
I can agree with your Republican-favoring (or maybe impartial) answerers above, that a job like this will take a heavy toll on anyone. And I can understand his defenders' sensitivity, if they perceive some of the answers here to be demeaning. However, no matter why anyone's sensitivities lead them to defend this person called the President of the United States, no rational person can deny the astounding fact that he is completely incompetent. Even if George W. Bush had handled everything with some kind of Blair-flair, he is still grossly incompetent and ought to be fired.
One wonders what will be named after him. Probably Pepperdine University will get a name change in his honor. That would be appropriate. Or some bridge between Mexico and Texas, just for a nice little ironic twist.

Let me answer your question with a question. I know that might be impolite, but ...
When was the last time you ever saw Bush fresh, energetic and able? I cannot recall a SINGLE time when i thought that this person was fit for anything but snorting cocaine and getting drunk. Look at his record. He failed at everything he laid his hands on. After hurdling the lowered bar he was unable to do anything right. He is nothing but a failed existence. He is nothing but a carbon-based life form.
What do you think he will do once he is kicked out of office (hopefully by process of impeachment)? Do you think he will write a book? And if a book comes out, did he contribute anything to it? Will he continue to serve humankind such as Clinton and Carter do tirelessly? No, he will be shipped off to some cushy job on the board of Carlyle where they can plan for the next war. Of course George will not have to contribute anything, but having him sitting there right next to daddy, he will serve as what he always served: "A puppetdent"

Presidents age quickly in office, Bill Clinton looks very old and I was always shocked by the age difference in Jimmy Carter when he started and when he finished.
Running the world is not easy.

He looked fine on vacation at ranch, but if I had to deal with deranged media & whiny Democrats that would rather see the United States lose a war than see President Bush given credit for a good job, I would look bad too! The Republicans will not lose war in Iraq - the United States will if we come home early.
That would cause stress to any real American.

He talks like he's drunk most of the time. Makes no sense. His eyes all shifty and wandering. It's when he looks out at an audience and seems like he doesn't see anyone- that's when I go "hmmm ... knock, knock, anyone home?".
He should practice giving speeches in the mirror.

I have noticed this, but as far as the aging appearance is concerned, that is not unusual for presidents who have been in for 2 terms.

He looks like he's about to collapse too. But I don't htink that's the work that he's doing, but the fact that like Dorian Gray, he's consuming himself from the evil he's caused. He's dying inside and his conscience doesn't let him live.

Yeah, I know man! I heard rumors he is drinking again too. Remember when he passed out eating a pretzel a few years ago? He looks primed for another incident.

I felt sorry for Bill Clinton. Although he was a rapist and almost worthless, it was sad to see him grow old and ugly in such a short time.
