Wow, K-girl, That is a great question!
I know a lot of people will say love, but that is a bit redundant, for God is love.
So, what else is there that I need?
There are so many other things that I want: the basics such as housing, food & drink, transportation, clothing, etc.
I believe the one other thing we need is...community! God calls us to be a part of community - to not be alone - but to share life. That is the one thing I or any of us need to be all that God has created us to be.

a baby... I have been asking and praying for years and I think the local pastors can tell cuz everytime one visits my church they tell me its coming w/out me opening my mouth about it, and God has "operated" on me via a preacher however I am still not pregnant. I need someone to love and to teach the ways of God to because as of now I alone but for God.

i think you just need accept yourself the way you are. Everything else (love, family, friends) will come by itself.

I was going to say 'love', but then I thought 'happiness', then 'contentment', then 'security', then 'health'.
